Apologies for the absence of notes last week folks. The last club lotto draw took place on Saturday 24th. There was no winner of the jackpot, numbers drawn were 3,11,25 and 30. €25 winners were Julie Brophy, Betty O’Brien and Fiona Shannon. Next draw takes place on Saturday 7th June in Leo’s with the jackpot now standing a €4,400.

Hard luck to the Junior A team who lost out to Barndarrig in the first round of the championship on Sunday 25th and to the Junior C’s who were defeated by Baltinglass in Division 4 last Thursday night. The Junior A team play Kilcoole at home this Saturday evening in the league, all support welcome.

Congratulation to our Ladies team who have been going well of late and have clocked up impressive wins over Kilbride, Baltinglass and Coolkenno in the past couple of weeks.

Finally the club would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the Traynor family of Hollywood on the recent death of their mother Maureen.
